Mode of payment
We have a user-friendly website that gives you a chance to make advance payments through net banking. You can easily send the amount to our bank through online networks of payment. You can use a Master/Visa debit or credit card. Tourists can make payments through any Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Direct Deposit. Please note that if you make the payments through a credit card, then the bank charges as applicable will be added to the total amount and will be paid at the same.
Cancellation Policy for Buffer Zones in Madhya Pradesh (Dhamokahar , Johila , Panpatha):
- Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before the Safari Date: 25% of the amount will be charged.
- Cancellation Between 29 to 15 Days Before the Safari Date: 50% of the amount will be charged.
- Cancellation Between 14 to 2 Days Before the Safari Date: 75% of the amount will be charged.
- Cancellation Within 2 Days of the Safari Date: 100% of the amount will be charged.
Cancellation Policy for Core Zones in Madhya Pradesh (Khitauli , Magadhi, Tala):
- Cancellations made 2 days or more before the safari date, a fee of INR 3500 will be charged.
- Cancellation Within 48 Hours Prior to the Safari Date: 100% of the amount will be charged.
Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure:
Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:

Cancellations
- - Hotels and forest lodges have separate cancellation policies which will be communicated when needed.
- - Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.
Non Refundable
- - Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations.
- - Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
