 Tour Itinerary 

The first day of this adventurous Bandhavgarh trip is for relaxation. You have to reach the nearest railway or airport, and then you have to come to the pre-booked resort. You can also take our pickup service at an extra charge. After reaching, you have to check into your rooms and then, after refreshing, you can have a delicious lunch. Take your time to enjoy the surroundings in the evening, or you can simply explore the nearby sightseeing areas. Come back to the resort at night and have your dinner. Rest for the day.

The second day of your Bandhavgarh holiday package is going to be a thrilling one. On this day you will go on multiple gypsy safari rides inside  Bandhavgarh. The first safari will take place in the early morning. It will let you explore the morning beauty of this wild park, and you can also listen to birds chirping. You have to get ready for an early morning gypsy safari ride and also you will have your packed breakfast while riding on the safari. After coming back from the safari, you can take a rest in your rooms. Then get ready for another safari that will take place in the evening. Before going on a safari, don't forget to have lunch. The evening safari will give you another chance to spot the Royal Bengal Tigers and other animals. Come to the resort and have dinner after the safari.

Enjoy a nice breakfast and then pack your bags so that you can check out of your resort. Your thrilling and memorable trip ends here.

  • Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels..

  • Upgrading to a higher room category will cost extra, payable directly to the hotel..

  • Check-in time is at 12:00 noon and check-out at 11:00 AM..

  • Please ensure the correct ages of passengers are provided at the time of booking to avoid penalties during travel..

  • If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel, a similar standard hotel will be provided..

  • For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with an extra mattress will be provided..

  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..

  • The company is not liable for accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage..

  • We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari plans as required by operational or other circumstances..

 Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure

Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:

  • 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost..
  • 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
  • 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost..
  • 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost..
  • Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund..
  • The fees of gypsy safari is non-refundable..
  • For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..
  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..
  • Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account..
  • Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed..
  • Our Liabilities and Limitations: Any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately..
  • Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations..
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

    • Note : If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account.

 Payment Policy

  • Jungle Safari India accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, and Direct Deposit as payment methods..

  • Please make payments only to the company's accounts..

  • Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour..

  • Alternatively, travelers can enjoy additional discount benefits by paying the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..

  • Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
